Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard in-stock items ship the same day when orders are received before 1 PM MST on business days. 
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items are typically processed within 2-4 business days and may require additional processing time depending on the item purchased.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Available for all orders within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Faster delivery for an additional cost.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – For urgent orders, subject to availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over $750.00 delivering within the contiguous U.S (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. If available, delivery times and rates will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website or via your Raj Urns account.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • For lost shipments, please allow 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
