At Urns For Ashes™, we are dedicated to providing high-quality cremation urns and memorial products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You may return unused, non-personalized items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns, except for damaged or defective items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
